Steve Bryson
President

Steve was born and raised in Delaware, where he resides with his wife and their two sons. Steve spent four years in the electrical trades, which laid the groundwork for his career in electrical distribution, progressing through roles from truck driver to counter sales manager, inside and outside sales, and purchasing agent. He joined Yale Electric Supply in 2003, advancing from account representative to VP of Sales, and became President in 2016. Steve’s leadership blends accountability, respect, and empowerment with a focus on teamwork, fostering a collaborative culture where everyone feels valued and supported. A respected leader at Yale Electric Supply, he assumed leadership of Wiedenbach Brown in January 2025, continuing his focus on growth and exceptional service.

Lara Cordell, LC, LEED AP
Vice President of Sales

Lara Cordell has been involved in the lighting industry for over 20 years. She received her Master of Science in Lighting from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute’s Lighting Research Center. Prior to joining Wiedenbach Brown in 2009, Lara was an award-winning lighting designer and Vice President of a start-up manufacturing company. Lara is Lighting Certified (LC), a member of the Illuminating Engineering Society of North America (IESNA) and served on the boards of both the Illuminating Engineering Society Orange County Chapter (IESOC) and the International Association of Lighting Designers (IALD) Education Trust. Lara brings her extensive leadership experience to WB as Vice President of Sales, where she leads the sales team with a focus on driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and fostering a culture of excellence.

Jennifer Jenkins
Vice President of Operations

Jenn Jenkins has built her career around lighting with more than 20 years in the industry. Before becoming a part of Wiedenbach Brown, Jenn was an award-winning lighting designer and Professional Member of the International Association of Lighting Designers (IALD). Jenn has worked at several lighting consultancies and served as the Director of Lighting for a large real estate company. Jenn brings her deep expertise in lighting to WB, where she oversees operations, specializing in efficiency, project execution, and delivering high-quality results. Jenn holds a Bachelor and Master of Architectural Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University.
