Wiedenbach Brown provided lighting and controls for the 11,000 sq.ft. amenities center at 40 Thorndike, a reimagined mixed-use development in East Cambridge. Designed as a central hub for tenants, the space includes a communal lounge, conferencing areas, cafe/bar, and fitness facilities that support collaboration, wellness, and daily use. In coordination with the project team, WB provided lighting solutions tailored to the diverse functions of each space. The result is a layered, flexible lighting approach that elevates both the functionality and character of these amenity spaces within the larger development.
