Rodger has more than 25 years of experience in lighting distribution, manufacturing, and representation. As President of Wiedenbach-Brown, he guides a dedicated group of people who understand the value of long-term customer relationships. Under his leadership, WB has diversified its business into four core groups: Retail National Accounts, Commercial Construction, MRO, and Electrical Services. Prior to joining WB, Rodger was President of New York City’s largest lighting distributor. In addition, he held positions as Senior Vice President of Neoray Lighting, a linear fluorescent lighting manufacturer, and Vice President of International Lights, a lighting representative agency in New York City.
Rodger is a graduate of Syracuse University. He lives in New York with his wife and two sons, and enjoys skiing, golf, tennis, and spending time with family and friends.
Jeff has spent his 10 plus year career in the lighting industry performing functions associated with both finance/operations and business development. As Senior Vice President at Wiedenbach Brown, Jeff helps customers develop lighting solutions and services for new construction, replenishment, and facilities in domestic and international markets. Jeff is Lighting Certified (LC) by the NCQLP, a member of the IESNA, Co-Chair of the Professional Retail Store Maintenance Association (PRSM) Sustainability Council, a member of the BOMA/NY Codes and Regulations/Government Affairs Committee, and an affiliate of the IALD. Before joining WB, Jeff worked at a leading, global financial information organization, where he managed teams responsible for providing timely and accurate market data to clients.
Jeff is a graduate of the University of Connecticut; additionally, he has an MBA from New York University. He lives in Connecticut with his wife and children, and enjoys home renovation, cooking, and being outdoors.
Jim brings a varied background in process engineering, quality control, safety, continuous improvement, and lean techniques to Wiedenbach Brown. He has helped multinational organizations streamline operations while improving quality and reducing costs, while ensuring the client experience is at the forefront. Jim is actively involved in the Professional Retail Store Maintenance Association, serving as Co-Chair of the Professional Development Committee for the last 7 years.
Jim is a graduate of Western New England University; in addition, he earned an MBA from the University of Connecticut. He lives in Massachusetts with his wife and two daughters and enjoys cycling, golf, and leading local youth sports.
Lara has been involved in the lighting industry for 12 years, and brings considerable technical expertise to the WB sales team. Prior to joining Wiedenbach Brown, she was an award-winning lighting designer and Vice President of a start-up lighting manufacturing company. Lara is Lighting Certified (LC), a LEED Accredited Professional, a member of the Illuminating Engineering Society of North America (IESNA), and serves on the board of the International Association of Lighting Designers (IALD) Education Trust.
Lara is a graduate of Harrington College of Design; in addition, she earned her Master of Science in Lighting from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute’s Lighting Research Center, where she completed her thesis with Federated Department Stores, entitled “Accent Lighting: Human Behavior & Perception.”
Gary has worked in the national lighting and electrical sales business for over 25 years. He began his national career selling lighting and electrical contracts to the multi-location, multi-state specialty retail market in 1991. He moved on to the lighting and electrical distribution side of the business, creating and running a number of MRO (maintenance repair & operations) Divisions. Most recently, he spent time selling turnkey national lighting retrofits to very large retail, commercial, and industrial customers, before returning to national distribution.
Gary has been married to his childhood sweetheart for 28 years, and they have two daughters. He lives in Ohio, and enjoys lighting, traveling, and golf.
Ron Doyle is responsible for the continued development of new markets, focusing on value-added service offerings, client relations and retention.
Prior to joining WB, Ron spent 18 years at GE Supply in national account and contractor sales specializing in lighting, design, specifications, switchgear, dimming, controls, and emergency systems. Ron is also Lighting Certified by NCQLP, a member of the IESNA, and a gold level graduate of EPEC.
Ron is a graduate of a culinary arts school and was a chef at the Anaheim Marriott. He is married with 3 children.
